Shipping and Delivery

Science of Style delivers with Australia and International Countries using Australia Post. Orders that are received before 1pm EST on a business day are sent that day for next day delivery. When stock is available we aim to have your order to you within 1-3 working days, this however may be a little longer if you live in remote areas. Our postage rates are a flat rate of $11.95 EXPRESS and we post in a traceable waterproof satchel.

New Zealanders

Lucky enough to live in New Zealand? We have a $30 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand. Parcels take 3 to 7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes and duties.

Our International Friends

International Postage If you are a purchaser not living in Australia, there is a flat fee charge of $50 and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty of sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian Goods and Services Tax.

Loss of Goods

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon delivery of your product to our shipping agent. If you have placed the incorrect address online or via email we can not be held responsible for the non delivery of that parcel. For all deliveries where you authorise for the goods to be left at your specified address your order will have been deemed delivered as if it has been signed for. Any report to us of a lost or damaged parcel will be reported to and investigated by Australia Post.

Out of Stock

We update our site regularly each day however if it happens that two customers select the same piece at the same time we will notify you with as soon as possible that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item what we cannot reorder we will refund you. If it is an item we can reorder we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice or receiving a refund. All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.
